I’m wondering if anyone has advice on late workouts. My schedule lately is getting me home at 10pm. Prior to that all the way from 7am my schedule is booked solid. Would it be bad to do a late night workout? Maybe 30 minutes on my bike? I think as long as I’m in bed by midnight then I should still get enough sleep. I think it could work! Anyone else doing late workouts?
I finally got around to getting to a laptop and pick out an avatar. It felt weird posting without an avatar so now I have one.
I’ve started out with just fifteen minutes of exercise a day. This is extraordinarily low.

W 15 minutes of elliptical

F 15 minutes of elliptical
S 15 minutes of elliptical/ Strength Train
S 15 minutes of elliptical
The last time I started out so hard and heavy and I just killed myself and ended up back in the same place so I’m starting out low and building myself up.
I’ll get back to the 90 minutes of exercise a day but not now.
Slow and steady right? Then rock out hard!
So starting weight was 312 and a week later is 300. Lovely eh?
Isn’t it always so easy in the beginning.
